Everywhere that we go we are affected by interior designers. The construction of every type of building you can think of has the touch of interior designers. Hotels, schools, hospitals, airports. You name it an interior designer has had input into its existence.

The space should be safe and very functional for those who occupy the space. Elements such as furnishing and  furniture, walls, texture and doors are used by the interior designer to make you and I feel comfortable for the time we are there.

The career of interior design can invite many disciplines such as presentation skills, special needs groups, business needs' information technology and social disciplines. There are many more disciplines within the Interior Design careers. They call upon in some way environmental psychology, production design, architecture and deco-rational skills such as aesthetics and cosmetics.

Careers in Interior Design are by far one of the more challenging out of many others. If the design is wrong or does not fit the place and time then this will affect many people who occupy the space.
